Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of LTC nursing home experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within a 50‑mile radius of home.

• Plan, oversee, and take accountability for resident care.
• Make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families every day.
• Telehealth services may be used as appropriate.
