U.S. Bank in Duluth, MN is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trusted client relationships by assessing banking needs, opening accounts, and guiding customers toward suitable deposit and loan products.

The role is based at the Duluth Miller Hill branch, with support across nearby branches. You will help customers navigate digital tools, handle cash, and explain services while maintaining compliance with banking policies.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z, ongoing compliance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4–5+ years of job related retail banking experience or equivalent training
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to educate customers on banking products

Job Description

This role will be based at our Duluth Miller Hill branch but will be assisting at other branches around the Duluth and Cloquet area.

Relationship Bankers build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them when and where they need to provide the best possible counsel. Strong client relationships are based on trust, assessing and attending to customers’ banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information, educating clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommending financial solutions based on each customer’s unique goals and needs. They are also responsible for originating and closing consumer loans, opening accounts, and opening and/or closing the branch.

Required Qualifications

• National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including, but not limited to maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Four to five or more years of job related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $23.75 - 29.03
