Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across Med/Surg, Stepdown, CCU, ED and OR units as assigned.
• Demonstrate clinical knowledge and critical thinking in patient care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and communicate with patients and families.
• Mentor nursing students and new associates during rotations.
• Uphold MLH Mission, Vision and Values and strive for Excellence in all patient interactions.
