Job summary

PRN is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support a float role across 5–9 clinics in the Gilbert/Mesa region, working closely with physical therapists to implement treatment plans and assist patients in therapeutic exercises.

You will help with evaluations, administer modalities, and maintain accurate progress notes, fostering a collaborative care environment and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes across clinics.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license/certification.
• Excellent communication with patients and healthcare team.
• Experience assisting with therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Proficient with EMR systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain meticulous records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist (PT).
• Communicate with PTs on patient progress.
• Guide and instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and record patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with PTs and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
