Job summary

BreakThrough Physical Therapy is seeking a Float Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic clinics across the Greater Raleigh region. This role offers variety, career growth, and premium compensation while providing clinical excellence.

The Float PT will support 11 clinics, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Compensation ranges from $87,000 to $106,000 annually, including a $10,000 Float PT stipend.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or equivalent) or eligible for North Carolina licensure.
• CPR and First Aid Certification required.
• Ability and willingness to travel between clinic locations.
