ERC Pathlight in Washington state is seeking a Primary Therapist to conduct individual, group, and family therapy for adults, children, and adolescents. The role includes developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and coordinating care across Pathlight and ERC sites in Bellevue and Seattle, WA.
The position requires a graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related, and active licensure or in an eligible licensure phase.

Float: * This role entails working at both Pathlight and ERC floating between Bellevue and Seattle, WA sites.
The Primary Therapist conducts individual and group therapy (adults, children and adolescents) on topics such as mood, anxiety, stress and eating disorders; conducts family therapy and/or family education sessions; develops each patient’s individualized treatment plan; and works with interdisciplinary treatment team to implement the plan.

The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations.
Washington Pay Range
$8,100 - $130,000 USD
