Qualifications

• CCNE/ACEN-accredited nursing program required; valid Ohio license or interim permit.
• CCRN preferred.
• Minimum 5 years ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient and family care management and supervise other nursing staff.
• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, delegate and evaluate nursing care.
• Maintain alignment with professional practice model.
• Support patient experience, quality and safety initiatives.
