The Staff Pad has partnered with a respected healthcare organization in Russellville, AL to hire a Float Pool Registered Nurse dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and positive clinical outcomes.

In this role, you will provide and coordinate high-quality patient care by assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Schedule: Full-Time | Nights.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nursing best practices.
• Urgent care or ambulatory surgery center experience preferred.
• Proficient in suturing and a variety of clinical procedures.
• Familiarity with geriatric care principles is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care following established standards and protocols.
• Conduct physical assessments and evaluate patient health status.
• Assist with cardiac catheterization and specialized procedures.
• Coordinate discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Support quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
