Job summary

Carroll Hospital in Westminster, Maryland, part of LifeBridge Health, seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Float Pool team. This premium pay opportunity lets you work across inpatient units, including Med-Surg, IMC, PCU, CCU, and the Emergency Department, based on staffing needs.

Responsibilities include delivering safe, evidence-based care, documentation, care planning, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland RN license (or eligibility).
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an IMC or higher-acuity care setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care using clinical reasoning.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, pain levels, and responses to treatment.
• Develop individualized care plans, discharge planning, and patient/family education.
