Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool in Florida. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care across multiple hospital units, adapting to changing patient needs and conditions.

You will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based nursing care, administer medications and IV therapies, and support families throughout the care journey as part of an interdisciplinary team. Proficiency in EHR documentation and infection control is required.
