The role supports providers with patient care, procedures, and medication administration, under general supervision. LVNs will rotate across sites based on staffing needs and clinical priorities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Vocational Nursing.
• Current California Vocational Nurse license required.
• Current I.V. certification preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) through AHA required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must adhere to employee health/immunization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision following protocols.
• Assist with procedures, minor surgeries, and diagnostic exams.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions and notify provider as needed.
• Prepare and administer medications per orders.
• Maintain equipment and supplies and ensure aseptic technique.
• Coordinate patient flow and supervise other staff as needed.
• Document patient information and maintain confidentiality.
