Position Description: Basic Function: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the nursing care of the medical/surgical patient. Provides care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The LPN is responsible for implementing the plan of care initiated by the registered nurse and for providing quality, cost-effective patient care.

Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS). Licensed to practice as a nurse (LPN) in the State of Georgia or have an active Multi-State LPN Compact License.
