Job summary

Genesis HealthCare is seeking Float Pool LPNs for full-time, 8-week rotations across North Carolina centers, including Meridian Center (High Point), Abbotts Creek Center (Lexington), and Siler City Center (Siler City).

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, contributing to care plans, administering medications, and supervising unlicensed staff. Must be a graduate of an approved LPN program with active or pending licensure and BLS/CPR as required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current licensure as an LPN or pending licensure with state board requirements.
• BLS/CPR certification as required by state practice or facility policy.

• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.

Posted Salary Range

USD $36.00 - USD $41.00 /Hr.
