Concentra in the Kansas City market is seeking a Physician Float Full-Time to deliver Occupational Health and Urgent Care services across KS/MO. Hours are Mon-Fri, 8a-5p, with no nights, calls, or weekends.

The role emphasizes evidence-based care and teamwork across a large organization. You will provide clinic-based direct patient care, collaborate with therapists and specialists, and contribute to a positive patient experience while advancing clinical leadership within the team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted medical license in state of practice.
• Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction.
• FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain via Concentra's DOT training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a clinic-based setting.
• Assess patients and administer treatments while ensuring quality care.
• Lead and collaborate with the medical team to drive outcomes.
• Support occupational health programs and resident/staff education.
