Sport Ortho Urgent Care in White House, TN is seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for sports medicine and orthopedic care to join our collaborative team.

This full-time outpatient role focuses on comprehensive patient care, acute and preventive services, and working with a team of clinicians and therapists.

Active Tennessee license and board certification required; experience in orthopedics or sports medicine preferred; DEA license required.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with ability to treat across lifespan.
• Active Tennessee PA or FNP license.
• NCCPA (PA) or AANP (FNP) board certification.
• Active DEA license.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an APP in orthopedics, sports medicine, or related outpatient setting.
• CPR certification (preferred).
