Trinity Rehab is seeking a Float Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple outpatient clinics in Wayne, Emerson, and Clifton, NJ. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to help patients reach their goals.

Role involves traveling between clinics within your region and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, excellent care.

As a Float Physical Therapist at Trinity Rehab, you’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting clinics in Wayne, Emerson and Clifton, NJ. You’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care that helps patients achieve their goals. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse clinical teams, gain experience across multiple outpatient orthopedic settings, and make a meaningful impact wherever you’re needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $85,000 - $120,000
• Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 - $10,000
