As a Float Phlebotomist, you will gain diverse experience working with various patients, team members, and clinics across different locations. This role offers a unique chance to develop your skills and grow within the organization. If you enjoy variety, this position is ideal for you!

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, with hours varying between 5:30 am and 8:00 pm, including rotating Saturdays.

Work Location: Indianapolis and surrounding areas.

Float Incentive: Additional $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement.

PST Incentive: Eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which offers quarterly bonuses based on performance metrics.

Benefits: Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
2. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
3. Accurately and promptly enter patient information into the system.
4. Process billing information and collect payments as needed.
5. Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
6. Maintain logs for patient and specimen information.
7. Provide excellent customer service to all patients.
8. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
9. Travel to additional sites when required.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency, or previous phlebotomy experience.
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
• At least 21 years old.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record, if applicable.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test.
