Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Marysville, WA is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician (MA-P) to perform phlebotomy, waived labs, EKGs and spirometry to support patient care. The role requires WA MA-P certification and a high school diploma, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws; ensure proper specimen handling.
• Conduct EKGs and spirometry testing with proper calibration and documentation.
• Process specimens for reference labs and maintain QC/QA logs.
• Maintain inventory, equipment, and safe lab practices per CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA.
• Communicate results and coordinate with providers and clinical staff.
