Job summary

The role requires a Pharm.D. or B.Pharm and an active state license, with immunization certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree and licensure in applicable state.
• Active pharmacy license in state of practice in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities
