We value patient relationships, clinical excellence, and community involvement as part of our daily practice. A Pharm.D or NABP-equivalent license is required, with immunizer certification and flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities
