Albertsons Companies is seeking a pharmacist to join our Nashua area team, dedicated to direct patient care and wellness services. You will contribute to disease state management and optimized medication therapy, delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

Join a team committed to the health of our community, with opportunities to supervise technicians and participate in programs that improve patient outcomes. Must hold an active pharmacist license and immunizer certification to be eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharm.D; NABP/FPGEC equivalent accepted.
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.
