The South Bend Clinic is seeking a full-time Central Scheduling coordinator to greet patients, register them, and schedule appointments across SBC locations. You will handle calls, maintain wait times, and ensure accurate coding and billing steps.
Ideal candidates are team players with strong computer skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting while maintaining HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.

Hours: Full-time - 40 hours per week, typically Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Float Availability Required: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-8:00 PM; weekends, 7:45 AM-approximately 2:00-3:00 PM. Typical shifts fall between 7:30 AM-5:30 PM. Evening and weekend availability may be required to support coverage needs. Location : Will support various SBC locations as needed.
