Pinehurst Medical Clinic (PMC) is seeking a Float Nurse (RN) for Pulmonary to join our Pinehurst, NC team. You will provide skilled nursing services under physicians and physician assistants, collecting patient data, developing care plans, and ensuring safe, patient-centered care.
The position offers a daytime schedule, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with potential for special projects. Requires NC RN license and BLS/CPR; ACLS/PALS in specialty areas preferred.

As a PMC nurse, you will provide skilled nursing services to patients under the direction of a professional medical doctor, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant, and provide a variety of related services to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. The functions of the RN are to collect patient health data, analyze the data to determine diagnoses, identify expected outcomes individualized to the patient, develop a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain the expected outcomes, implement the interventions identified in the plan of care, and evaluate the patient’s progress toward attainment of the outcomes, working collaboratively with the healthcare team. Performs professional nursing work of considerable difficulty including the care of patients as outlined by physicians and the objectives and policies of the organization.
