Job summary

CovenantCare Practices in Clarksville, Tennessee is seeking a full-time Float NP/PA to support multiple locations. You will provide primary care across the lifespan, working with a skilled team to maintain patient access and continuity of care.

New graduates are welcome. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and documenting care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Tennessee.

CovenantCare Practices is a locally owned, community-focused primary care practice serving Clarksville and the surrounding area. We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in a float provider role.

About the Position

The Float NP/PA will work across CovenantCare locations based on patient demand, provider PTO, and other staffing needs. This is an important role within the practice, helping maintain patient access and continuity of care while working alongside an experienced team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff.

This position is well suited for a provider who enjoys variety, is adaptable and dependable, and is comfortable building relationships with patients and teams throughout the practice.

CovenantCare offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

• Base salary of $85,000-$105,000, based on relevant experience
• Opportunity for additional incentive compensation
• 15 days of paid time off, increasing to 20 days after two years
