This role offers the excitement of floating among ASC facilities within a 50‑mile radius while providing the stability of a single employer and a consistent monthly schedule.

You will deliver compassionate resident care across units, plan and oversee nursing care, and impact seniors’ lives daily.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana LPN license or Kentucky Multistate
• Demonstrated commitment to ASC's C.A.R.E. values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence)
• Willingness to travel within a 50‑mile radius of your home
