Ascension in Tennessee is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team in multiple on-site locations, including McMinnville. The role is PRN with daytime hours, focused on holistic assessments, precise treatments, and patient education to support recovery and safe discharge.

Minimum requirements include an accredited nursing diploma, BLS, and Tennessee LPN licensure (or multi-state Compact State recognition).

Formación

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate holistic patient assessments to identify immediate needs and ensure a personalized, effective care plan is established from the start.
• Deliver precise clinical treatments and medications, vigilantly monitoring for adverse reactions to guarantee patient safety and comfort throughout their stay.
• Perform essential diagnostic lab tests and therapeutic services that provide the clinical team with the critical data needed for timely medical decisions.
• Empower patients and families through education, translating complex treatment plans into clear self-care instructions to ensure a successful recovery after discharge.
