Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Dependable, self-motivated with excellent attendance.

• Must communicate information clearly to crews and employees.

Responsibilities

• Produce float glass per SOPs and customer specifications.
• Cut, pack, and store stock and blocksize glass per SOPs.
• Ensure produced parts meet customer specifications.
• Load/unload product and materials as required.
• Encapsulate and/or assemble components to glass.
• Fabricate parts per SOPs to meet customer requirements.
• Pack finished product according to customer requirements.
• Respond to process emergencies as required.
• Adhere to housekeeping and 5S standards; participate in audits and training.
• Assist in training others and support 12-hour shift schedules.
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally; work in a manufacturing environment.
