Marathon Health is seeking a Float Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver relationship-based primary care across multiple locations. You will manage prevention, chronic disease care, and health education with access to resources while supporting a patient-centered model.

The role requires flexibility to cover shifts at various sites, travel within the state or region, and collaboration with teams to ensure consistent care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active license & board certification (ANCC or AANP).
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• Independent family practice experience preferred.
• Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for prescribing ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide relationship-based care with prevention, chronic disease management and health education.
• Cover shifts at different locations as needed; travel within the state/region.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure continuity of care and patient outcomes.
