Morrison Healthcare in Johnson City, TN is seeking a Float Dietitian to deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy across Ballad Health facilities. This multi-site role offers variety, training, and opportunities to impact patient care.

Qualified RDNs with TN licensure provide education to patients, collaborate with care teams, and participate in professional development. The position features a Monday–Friday schedule, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• RDN is required with CDR eligibility and Tennessee licensure.
• TN Dietitian licensure must be active or in process.
• Medical Nutrition Therapy experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition education to patients.
• Collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Apply evidence-based nutrition care per the diet manual and policies.
• Contribute to quality improvement and performance initiatives.
• Partner with food service management to support patient satisfaction.

Job Summary

Make a real impact as a Clinical Dietitian! You’ll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in an acute care setting, working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

What You’ll Do:

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes




• Education: Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible




• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable




• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
