Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education is seeking a Float Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical support across multiple locations in Kentucky. This position offers a salary range of $75,000 – $100,000 USD, along with bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and benefits like a 401(k) and flexible PTO.

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Float BCBA (Multi‑Site Coverage) to provide clinical support across our service locations throughout Kentucky. This unique role ensures continuity of high‑quality ABA services by covering temporary staffing needs, including maternity leaves, PTO, vacations, open positions, and caseload fluctuations.
The Float BCBA will travel from home to assigned locations within the designated service area and serve as the supervising clinician for clients and behavior technicians during coverage assignments. This position is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys variety, collaborating with multiple teams, and supporting clinical excellence across diverse settings.
