Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Ability to float across inpatient hospitalist, Express Care, and Emergency Department.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care across assigned clinical areas.
• Float between Hospitalist, Express Care, and ED as needed.
• Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Adhere to policies, protocols, and regulatory standards.
