Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in flight test engineering with leadership.
• Experience in commercial, general aviation or defense environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and team-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and oversight of flight and ground test strategies and execution.
• Develop and manage integrated master schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Mentor and develop flight test engineers and leaders.
• Ensure FAA-compatible flight test procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, field, and support flight test tools and data management processes.
• Review data, provide recommendations for product improvement and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate across engineering, program management, flight operations, finance, suppliers, and leadership.
