Job summary

BETA Technologies is seeking a Flight Test BOM Management Engineer to lead aircraft Bills of Materials (BOMs) across the flight test fleet. This role plays a critical part in maintaining FAA certification and requires strong knowledge of configuration management and aerospace design.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in engineering, 5+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in production lifecycle software. Competitive pay is offered ranging from $100,000 to $125,000.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of configuration management processes, familiar with SAE-649.
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace or other regulated design and manufacturing industry.
• Proficient with 3D CAD Software (Catia/Enovia preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and maintenance of aircraft Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Analyze product design changes and provide detailed hardware impacts.
• Ensure BOM accuracy and auditability while managing changes.
