Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Software Engineer (Flight Reliability) to own development of mission-critical software used across launches and flight operations. You will build reliable applications, prototype new concepts, and contribute to architecture and code reviews with a collaborative team.

The role requires onsite work, strong fundamentals in CS, and experience with full-stack development and object-oriented languages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of software experience in lieu of a degree.
• 1+ years of full stack development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop highly reliable software solutions used across SpaceX.
• Create new applications that improve SpaceX operations.
• Build prototypes to validate key design concepts.
• Own all aspects of software engineering and product development.
• Analyze user problems to design efficient solutions and contribute to architecture discussions.
