Job summary

Life Flight Network in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Flight Paramedic to work with the Flight Nurse delivering advanced critical care to patients. You will render patient care per Life Flight Network guidelines and participate in a high‑performing, compassionate aviation team.

Minimum five years as a Paramedic with current certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS) and a valid driver’s license; FP-C within one year; DOT curriculum within six months; ability to lift up to 250 pounds; willingness to relocate

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience as a Paramedic, ideally in a large metro area.
• Current Paramedic certification and any required location licensure.
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Flight Nurse to deliver advanced critical care for patients.
• Perform procedures as needed (airway management, IV/IO access).
• Maintain patient care documentation per LFN standards.
• Assist with equipment preparation, inventories and restocking.
• Support day-to-day operations and participate in program growth.
