Montana Medical Transport/Skyservice in Helena, MT is seeking a Flight Paramedic to provide critical care from initial contact to arrival at the receiving facility. You will operate under Montana scope, maintain licensure, and participate in ongoing education and training.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Paramedic Program
• NREMT Certification required
• State of Montana Paramedic License required
• Critical Care Endorsement within 12 months of hire
• Current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications (PHTLS or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care from initial contact to arrival at accepting facility
• Maintain thorough patient care documentation
• Maintain competency through ongoing training and education
• Report medical equipment status and perform equipment maintenance as directed
• Attend six educational programs per year and participate in continuing education
• Serve as a flight team member and preceptor as needed
• Ensure safety and compliance with HIPAA and safety standards
