Survival Flight Inc. is hiring certified Registered Nurses for our air medical operation based in Alva, Oklahoma. We seek highly motivated professionals for both full-time and part-time roles to deliver rapid access to critical care with top equipment, training, and support.

Qualified candidates hold an Oklahoma RN license with at least 3 years in a busy ER or ICU and possess BLS, ACLS, PALS, and the PHTLS/ITLS credentials; CFRN or CEN is a plus. A maximum 230-pound weight limit applies.
