You’ll deliver advanced critical care during helicopter or fixed-wing transports, responding to trauma scenes, interfacility transfers, and time-sensitive emergencies throughout Northern California.

• Provide critical care nursing during air medical transports for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients
• Collaborate closely with flight paramedics, pilots, and receiving facilities
• Perform advanced assessments, interventions, and medication administration in-flight
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the transport process
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and equipment readiness at all times
• Participate in continuing education, training simulations, and crew safety briefings

✅ What You’ll Need

• 🏥 Current RN License – California (or ability to obtain)
• 🚁 Minimum 3 years ICU, ER, or critical care experience
• 🎓 Certified Flight Registered Nurse (CFRN) preferred (or willing to obtain)
