Job summary
A leader in personal aviation is seeking a Flight Instructor II to provide exceptional training for Cirrus customers utilizing Cirrus SR models. This role involves conducting training sessions, adhering to safety procedures, and assessing pilot performance. Ideal candidates will have a valid FAA Flight Instructor Certificate and prefer IFR experience. The position is full-time with benefits including health coverage, 401(k), and generous PTO.
Qualifications
A minimum of one year pilot experience is required.
Must have 350 dual-given hours or about 250 dual-given hours in Cirrus.
Preference for IFR experience in congested airspace and extensive IMC.
Responsibilities
Conduct training events following program guidance.
Record all training event activities and results.
Assess pilot performance across various domains.
