Job summary

Yulista Tactical Services LLC is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic III/Flight Engineer to perform maintenance on P3 aircraft, including avionics, mechanical, and electrical systems. The role involves training others, troubleshooting, and documenting work per QA standards.

Candidates should hold FAA A&P or FAA-verified certifications and have DoD/NASA contract experience. A government security clearance is required, and tool ownership is necessary. This is a full-time position in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supporting a NASA/DoD contract.
• Must have your own required tools.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification with Flight Engineer certification in turbo propeller aircraft OR FAA A&P with 4 years military P-3 experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on aircraft, including avionics, mechanical systems, and/or ground support equipment.
• Repair, inspect and maintain structural, mechanical, and electrical elements of the aircraft.
• Train others in the use of a wide variety of diagnostics devices and tools.
• Provide oversight and direct/train others in maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot systems to meet customer needs.
• Document maintenance per QA and regulatory requirements.
• Perform FOD walks and manage tools inventory.
• Follow safety rules and report incidents.
• Enter maintenance descriptions and verify work performed.
