Job summary

DST LLC is seeking a Captain to command flights in single- and two-pilot environments from the Hagerstown base. The role requires strong judgment, aircraft handling, and proactive customer engagement, with a weekday-focused schedule and occasional extended duty periods.

Qualifications include Commercial AMEL, ASEL, Instrument rating, and 1,000+ hours (3,000 preferred) on B350, plus FAA medical and international travel eligibility. Expect variable hours, standby, and customer-directed travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Commercial AMEL, ASEL at the commercial level; Instrument Airplane rating.
• Minimum 1,000 hours total time for B350 operations; 3,000 hours total time preferred for B350.
• Current FAA First- or Second-Class Medical.
• Current passport permitting unrestricted international travel.

Responsibilities

• Act as Pilot in Command, ensuring safe, legal operations per FAA regulations and the DST Flight Operations Manual.
• Conduct preflight planning and inspections; coordinate activities with Air Traffic Control.
• Navigate and fly the aircraft, monitor all flight phases, complete post-flight tasks.
• Communicate with customers to align on flight objectives while prioritizing safety.
• Apply Crew Resource Management in single- and two-pilot operations; brief safety and egress.
• Report mechanical issues promptly to Maintenance and the Chief Pilot.
• Complete aircraft administration including time tracking, manifests, documentation.
• Maintain punctual, reliable attendance and uphold professional standards.
