Job summary

Allegiant Air is hiring Flight Attendants to provide exceptional service to customers and support team members. The role emphasizes safety, security, and comfort while following FAA/TSA regulations. Training is provided, and the position includes full-time benefits and an hourly wage of $31.01.

Candidates must be at least 21, have a High School Diploma/GED, and pass a background check. The job requires 4 1/2 weeks of training in Las Vegas and relocation after training if necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of direct customer service experience.
• Requires ability to read, write and speak English to receive and convey instructions.

Responsibilities

• Security: perform pre-boarding checks and assist customers per government regulations and company policies.
• Safety: conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure passengers are seated and baggage stored properly; respond to emergencies.
• Comfort: serve and sell food and beverages and attend to special needs of customers.
• Administrative: document reports, complete international paperwork, upload onboard sales, and perform other duties as assigned.
