Flight Attendant - Based in Houston, TX, or Miami, FL

Flight Services International LLC is now accepting applications for its 2026 flight attendant hiring classes, based out of Houston, TX, and Miami, FL, to serve as cabin crew on Atlas Air, Inc. charter passenger flights.

As an ambassador for FSI, flight attendants will operate both domestic and international flights, traveling to various destinations around the world.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic individuals who will ensure the safety, comfort, and well‑being of each guest on every flight. They possess excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, physical stamina, remain calm under pressure, and have the ability to adjust to unexpected and changing schedules.

All candidates offered positions must complete the Company/FAA‑required training program. Prior experience as a flight attendant is not required.

Major Job Accountability
  • Prioritize the safety and comfort of all passengers.
  • Demonstrate consistent punctuality and reliability by reporting for duty as scheduled.
  • Maintain a high degree of technical competence and perform all functions as directed in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
  • Assist guests during boarding, conduct safety and emergency exit briefings, and provide in‑flight services such as meals and beverages.
  • Interacting with guests during flight to deliver hospitality and meet prescribed services.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Fluency in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.
  • Successfully complete the In‑Flight Training Program (Initial Training & Annual Continuing Education).
  • Vision corrected to 20/20.
  • Two (2) years of customer service experience or equivalent.
  • Willingness to relocate to Houston, TX (IAH) or Miami, FL (MIA).
  • Ability to operate all onboard emergency exits and equipment.
  • Lift fifty (50) pounds from the floor to above the shoulders, push beverage carts weighing two‑hundred and fifty (250) pounds or more on wheels.
  • Reach overhead at least seventy (70) inches without shoes (subject to specific airplane specifications).
  • Stand for extended periods with limited rest periods.
  • Be away from home for up to 21 days in a row and work weekends and holidays.
  • Possess a valid passport that allows travel without restriction to any country required by FSI’s airline customers.
  • Obtain all necessary visas, permits, and immunizations for required destinations.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Pass a background check, pre‑employment drug test, and criminal history records check.
  • Must be 21 years of age at the time of application.
