Priority Wire & Cable Is Hiring a Flight Attendant – Based in Little Rock, AR.
A Unique Opportunity to Launch Your Flight Attendant Career.
Priority Wire & Cable, a trusted name in the wire and cable industry across the U.S. and Canada, is looking for a Flight Attendant to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This is not your typical airline role. You'll be part of a private flight operation that supports our business travel—both domestic and international—and you'll have the chance to build a career in aviation even if you're coming from a strong customer service background. Here’s the best part: previous flight attendant experience is a plus, but it’s not required. We are willing to train the right person—someone who knows how to take care of people, stays calm under pressure, and is ready to learn the skills of a professional flight attendant.
As our Flight Attendant, you’ll be the sole in‑flight professional responsible for the safety, comfort, and overall experience of our passengers. You’ll work closely with our pilots and flight operations team, but you’ll also operate independently, using established procedures to guide your decisions. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
This role requires about 75% travel, so flexibility and a sense of adventure are essential. You’ll be away from home for multiple consecutive days at a time.
We’re searching for someone who has at least two years of customer service experience. That could come from working as a flight attendant, but it could also come from hospitality, food and beverage, hotel work, personal assisting, concierge roles, or any position where you’ve learned to care for people’s needs. Other requirements include:
You will report to either the senior pilot or the head of the flight department, and you’ll work within a well‑established set of procedures while having the freedom to manage your cabin independently.
This job requires standing, walking, sitting, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.
This is a rare opportunity to enter the flight attendant profession outside of a traditional airline. You’ll receive hands‑on training, work closely with an experienced flight operations team, and enjoy a role that blends customer service, safety, and travel. If you love variety, take pride in keeping things organized, and genuinely enjoy making people feel looked after, this could be the perfect fit. If you live within an hour of Little Rock and are ready for a dynamic, travel‑intensive role with a company that values training and growth, we’d love to hear from you.
