Elevate Luxury Travel at 45,000 Feet: Flight Attendant Opportunity with NetJets. Have you mastered the art of seamless, five-star hospitality? Are you ready to bring that expertise into the world of private aviation? NetJets, the global leader in private aviation, is seeking polished, safety-driven, and intuitively service-oriented Flight Attendants to join our elite team across multiple U.S. bases. This is not a traditional cabin crew role. As a NetJets Flight Attendant, you are the sole ambassador of our brand in the cabin—entrusted with delivering flawlessly personalized experiences to owners who expect nothing less than excellence. You'll combine the precision of a safety professional with the grace of a world-class concierge, all while traveling to destinations across the globe.

What You’ll Do

The Heart of the Owner Experience. Every flight is a new opportunity to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.

  • Leading every aspect of cabin safety and security, from thorough preflight inspections to ensuring all owners and guests are fully briefed and comfortable.
  • Welcoming owners with genuine warmth and professionalism, building immediate trust and rapport from the moment they arrive at the fixed‑base operator (FBO).
  • Sourcing and arranging high‑quality catering from external providers, tailoring every meal and beverage selection to documented owner preferences.
  • Delivering elevated inflight service— from premium wine presentations and gourmet meal service to thoughtful turndowns and bespoke touches.
  • Serving as the onboard expert for all cabin systems, entertainment options, and safety equipment.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with pilots, owner services teams, and NetJets representatives on the ground to ensure a flawless end‑to‑end journey.
  • Handling special situations with discretion and grace, including travel with owner pets or accommodating smoking requests where permitted.
  • Maintaining meticulous administrative records, including inventory logs, service notes for future crews, and any cabin maintenance concerns.
  • Keeping the cabin impeccably organized and pristine, reflecting NetJets' uncompromising pride in presentation.
Who We’re Looking For

We seek individuals who are already seasoned in luxury service environments—whether that’s private aviation, yachting, Michelin‑starred dining, elite concierge roles, or similar high‑touch settings. You are adaptable, curious, and calm under pressure, with a collaborative spirit and an unwavering drive to create positive outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, culinary arts, or a related field is strongly preferred).
  • Have 2–4 years of relevant experience in premium service or hospitality roles.
  • Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, especially in high‑pressure situations.
  • Be proficient with basic computing tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Meet physical requirements: able to occupy the assigned jumpseat without modification, maneuver safely within the cabin, operate emergency exits, and exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally.
  • Maintain a highly polished, service‑appropriate appearance and demeanor.
  • Be available to work a fully flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Be willing and able to travel away from home for seven or more consecutive days and nights, with flight duty periods potentially lasting up to 14 hours daily over an 8‑day tour across multiple time zones.
  • Hold a valid U.S. state driver's license and a valid passport with unrestricted international travel capability.
  • Be eligible to obtain all necessary airport authority and U.S. Customs security credentials, and successfully pass all TSA background screenings.
  • Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Be comfortable working around animals, including providing care and attention during owner flights.
Important Post‑Hire Requirements
  • Successfully complete the NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program.
  • Maintain required Flight Attendant certification and ongoing FAA compliance.
