Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with Flexographic Printing Press.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load appropriate film and ink and prepare the press for each print job.
• Prepare press components such as anilox, ink, and film for printing.
• Set impressions, evaluate print quality, and apply recommended corrections.
• Check ink color and placement, then fine-tune anilox rolls and plates as needed.
• Verify UPC codes are scannable.
• Follow safety guidelines and use PPE; report hazards as required.
