A leading label manufacturer in Sanford, Florida is looking for a Flexographic Press Operator to operate and maintain flexographic printing presses. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of flexographic printing experience. Responsibilities include running color jobs, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a clean work area. The position offers a Monday to Thursday shift from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, with potential monthly bonuses and a range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.

• Run 4 to 10 color jobs including process and spot color printing.
• Produce labels that match customer signed proofs and color standards.
• Follow established quality management system procedures.
• Communicate job-specific information or changes to the supervisor.
• Complete quality documents to ensure adherence to procedures.
• Inspect and clean press parts regularly.
• Adhere to all established safety practices.
• Maintain a clean work area.

Overview

The Flexographic Press Operator operates a flexographic printing press to produce high-quality labels that meet the production schedule and customer requirements.

Experience Requirements

At least 1+ year of Flexographic Printing experience.

Shift Available

Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-2:30am. (This comes with a $0.50/hour shift differential)

Training Shift

TBD.

What you'll do

• Run 4 to 10 color jobs including process and spot color printing.

Physical Demands
