This is a full-time, on-site Flexographic Operator role based in St. Charles County, MO. The Flexographic Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality labels, literature, and packaging materials in accordance with cGMP and company standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing materials, inks, and plates; performing machine adjustments; verifying print quality; and completing required production and quality documentation. The role also involves routine equipment cleaning, basic maintenance, troubleshooting press issues, and collaborating with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. The Flexographic Operator is expected to follow all safety protocols, participate in continuous improvement activities, and support adherence to strict quality and inspection requirements.
