Meyers Printing in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a skilled Narrow‑Web Flexo Press Operator to join our production team. You will own set‑ups and operation on narrow‑web equipment to produce premium labels and printed materials.

You'll monitor ink, tension, web guides, and die stations, perform routine maintenance and on‑the‑fly repairs, and collaborate with colleagues to meet tight schedules while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Two years in Narrow‑Web Flexo Press Operator or similar printing role.
• Deep familiarity with flexographic processes, materials and narrow‑web equipment.
• Mechanical troubleshooting ability and routine maintenance experience.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing excellent work.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑first approach.
