Job summary

INCOM Manufacturing Group is seeking a skilled Flexographic & Digital Press Operator for our Wheatfield, NY production team. You’ll set up and run flexographic and digital presses and operate label and tape converting equipment.

This hands-on role values print quality and variety, with a steady Monday–Friday day shift. Two-plus years in flexographic press work is preferred, plus strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read job specs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of flexographic press experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read job specs and work independently.
• Digital press or converting experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic and digital printing presses.
• Mount plates, mix inks, and adjust press settings to meet job specifications.
• Monitor print quality throughout each run and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished products and troubleshoot press and quality issues.
• Operate label and tape converting equipment.
• Perform routine press maintenance and keep accurate production records.
